ANJUMAN TO HOLD ‘EID-E-MILADUNNABI COMPETITION TOMORROW

HUBBALLI: To encourage people, especially children and youth, the Anjuman-e-Islam of Hubballi has decided to celebrate this year’s Eid Milad holding competitions.

Speaking to media persons here on Tuesday, Anjuman-e-Islam President Mohammed Yusyf Savanur said, Eid-e-Miladunnabi competition will see more than 250 students from the institutes coming under the Anjuman-e-Islam compete in Naat, essay writing, elocution, and quiz competition on November 7.

Sayed Shah Hyder Wali Qadari of Nilanga, Maharashtra, will be the chief guest of the programme, which will be inaugurated at 10:00 am at the Anjuman Centenary Auditorium. Sayyed Tajuddin Quadri, Qari Zahiruddin, Abdul Hameed Khairati, Altaf Halwoor, former ministers A M Hindasgeri and Jabbarkhan Honnalli, and others will attend the programme as guests of honour.
