DHARWAD’S COVID-19 PATIENT CURED COMPLETELY, DISCHARGED FROM HOSPITAL

HUBBALLI: The 33-year-old man from Dharwad’s Hosayellapur area, who was tested positive to COVID-19, is now completely cured and discharged from KIMS Hospital today, said Deputy Commissioner Deepa Cholan.

He had returned to India from Australia on March 12. He was admitted to the SDM Hospital from 18 to 21 March as he had developed coronavirus symptoms. He was admitted to KIMS soon after he was tested positive to COVID-19.

He started recovering after his treatment was started in KIMS. His blood samples and throat swabs were again sent for testing twice on March 31 and April 3. Fortunately, he was tested negative in both the tests and discharged from the hospital today (April 5) evening.
