KARNATAKA PREMIER LEAGUE 2018 TO KICK OFF ON AUGUST 15, FINAL ON SEPTEMBER 6

HUBBALLI: The seventh edition of the Karnataka Premier League (KPL) is all set to begin from August 15 in Bengaluru and will come to the city on August 19.

Addressing media persons at a private hotel here on Friday, KSCA Assistant Secretary Santosh Menon said that the seventh edition of the KPL matches will be played in Hubballi from August 19. In all, 11 matches will be played in Hubballi’s KSCA stadium in Rajnagar.

Sandalwood actress and former co-owner of Ballary Tuskers Ragini Dwivedi, is the brand ambassador of KPL this year.
Speaking at the occasion, Hubballi Tigers Captain Vinay Kumar said “KPL has been giving an opportunity for the local players to showcase their talent. Out team has never won the KPL title. But this time we are preparing very hard to go all the way to the finals.”

Zonal Convenor Baba Bhusad, Former Indian International Cricketer Raghuram Bhat and others were present.
