‘PEOPLE WITH BLACK CLOTHES WON’T BE ALLOWED TO SHAH’S RALLY’

HUBBALLI: In the background of anti-CAA protests going on across the country, heavy police bundobust has been made for Home Minister Amit Shah’s rally to be held at the Nehru Stadium in the City on Saturday (January 18) at 4:00 pm.

Hubballi-Dharwad Police Commissioner R Dileep is reportedly said that those who come with black clothes and bring bottles would not be allowed to enter the stadium.

Along with Amit Shah, Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa, Deputy Chief Minister Laxman Savadi, Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi, Union Minister of State for Railways Suresh Angadi, State BJP president Naleen Kumar Kateel, and other BJP leaders will attend the rally.

Large & Medium Scale Industries Minister Jagadish Shettar inspected the preparations at Nehru Stadium on Friday evening. ADGP (Law & Order) Amar Kumar Pandey also inspected the security arrangements.

Less than a month ago, thousands of people had gathered at the same venue, during an anti-CAA rally organised by Anjuman-E-Islam and other organisations.
